Pro — $25/month or $200/year

- Unlimited vessels and fault-simulator exports
- Priority email support (24-hour response)
- Early access to new features
2. Service level commitments
- Uptime target: 99.5% monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance
- Scheduled maintenance: announced at least 48 hours in advance
- Incident updates: posted to the in-app status banner
3. Support response times
- Pro: within 24 hours, Monday–Friday
- Basic: within 48 hours, Monday–Friday
- Free: best-effort within 48 hours
4. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of the drydock scopes, reports, fault simulations, and other content you generate using the Service. NAVIDOCK AI receives a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the Service.
5. API usage limits
- Basic: up to 1,000 AI-generation calls per month
- Pro: up to 5,000 AI-generation calls per month
- Sustained abuse or automated scraping may result in rate limiting
6. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
- Upgrade: applied immediately with prorated charge
- Downgrade: applied at the end of the current billing period
- Cancellation: access continues until the end of the paid period

8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. NAVIDOCK AI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Use.
