NAVIDOCK AI (navidock.shipyardmaster.ai) is a service provided by ShipYardMaster.ai, the contracting entity under these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NAVIDOCK AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Services
NAVIDOCK AI provides drydock scope generation, fault simulation, regulatory documentation access, calculators, and related tooling for marine superintendents and shipyards.
3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
5. Free Plan Limitations
- Limited to 5 drydock scope generations per month
- Access to 5 free regulatory documents
- No PDF / Word export for scopes
- Maximum 1 saved vessel
6. Refund Policy
First-time annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable once charged. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All Service content, software, and trademarks are the property of NAVIDOCK AI or its licensors. Generated drydock scopes, reports, and outputs produced by your use of the Service remain your property.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the Service
- Sharing account credentials
- Reselling or sublicensing outputs without permission
- Using the Service to violate maritime or export laws
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs are reference material only and do not replace authoritative regulatory publications or qualified surveyor judgment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAVIDOCK AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by principles of maritime and admiralty jurisdiction, alongside the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShipYardMaster.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
